Enhancing enterprise UX with AI-powered efficiency

I was brought in as a UX designer to help SmartStream Air disrupt the financial data reconciliation space. My role focused on simplifying complex workflows and integrating AI-driven tools, resulting in a faster, more confident user experience for finance professionals.

Impact 💥

Traditional analytics tracking was not possible due to the sensitivity of client data. However, usability sessions clearly demonstrated a significant reduction in time-to-task and greater trust in the AI-powered suggestions. The solutions I designed helped move SmartStream Air closer to its goal of redefining industry standards in data reconciliation.

Reflection 🤔

This project reinforced the value of pragmatic UX in complex, regulated environments. I bring a flexible, solution-oriented mindset to every project. I am able to adapt to business constraints while still delivering impactful, user-centred design.
